Custom commissions are priced based on the actual workload and requirements of the project.
The final price may be:Lower than a standard tier

Term Of Service
TERM OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the agreement between the Commissioner (You) and the Artist (Sibatz) regarding commissioned artwork.
Commission Agreement
The Commissioner agrees to provide the Artist with accurate and sufficient information, references, and instructions for the commissioned artwork.
The Artist agrees to create the artwork based on the agreed commission details.
Both parties should confirm the commission scope, price, deadline, deliverables, and intended usage before work begins.
Any requests outside the original commission scope may result in additional charges.
The Commissioner may NOT use the artwork for AI learning
PAYMENT
The total commission price must be agreed upon before the Artist begins work.
The Artist may require full payment upfront or a deposit before starting.
If a deposit is used, the remaining balance must be paid before the final, high-resolution artwork is delivered.
Payment fees charged by payment platforms, banks, or other financial services may be the responsibility of the Commissioner.
The Artist is not required to begin work until the required payment or deposit has been received.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the commission and/or withholding of the final artwork.
Refund Policy
Payments and deposits are generally non-refundable once the Artist has begun working on the commission.
If the Commissioner cancels before work has started, the Artist may provide a full refund, subject to any non-refundable payment-processing fees.
If the Commissioner cancels after work has started, the Artist may retain an amount corresponding to the work already completed.
If the Artist is unable to complete the commission for reasons within the Artist’s control, the Artist should provide an appropriate refund based on the amount of work not completed.
Refunds will not normally be provided because the Commissioner changes their mind after approving the commission details.
Any refund terms may be adjusted if both parties agree in writing.
Revisions
The commission includes [5] rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated in the commission agreement.
Revisions refer to reasonable changes to the agreed artwork, such as adjustments to colors, small details, or minor corrections.
Major changes that require substantial redrawing, repainting, or restructuring may be considered a new request and may incur an additional fee.
Requests to change the original concept after the Artist has begun working may also incur additional charges.
Once the Commissioner has approved the final artwork, further revisions may be charged separately.
The Commissioner should provide revision requests clearly and, where possible, consolidate feedback into one message.
Approval and Communication
The Commissioner is responsible for reviewing sketches, drafts, or previews provided by the Artist.
Failure to respond within [X] days may cause the commission deadline to be extended.
The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by late responses, missing references, or changes requested by the Commissioner.
Both parties agree to communicate respectfully throughout the commission process.
Deadlines
Estimated completion dates will be discussed before the commission begins.
Completion dates are estimates unless a specific deadline has been explicitly agreed upon.
Delays caused by illness, emergencies, technical problems, or circumstances outside the Artist’s reasonable control may result in an adjusted deadline.
Commissioner-caused delays, including late payment, late feedback, or repeated changes, may extend the completion date.
Final Artwork and Delivery
The final artwork will be delivered in the file format and resolution agreed upon before the commission begins.
The Artist may provide a watermarked or lower-resolution preview before receiving the final payment.
High-resolution and/or unwatermarked files will be delivered after all required payments have been completed.
The Commissioner is responsible for ensuring that their provided contact and delivery information is correct.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Artist retains the copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork.
Purchasing a commission does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to the Commissioner.
The Commissioner receives permission to use the artwork only for the purposes agreed upon during the commission.
Commercial use, merchandise, advertising, resale, licensing, or transfer of copyright may require an additional fee and a separate written agreement.
The Commissioner may not claim the artwork as their own creation or remove the Artist’s credit where credit has been agreed upon.
Artist’s Portfolio and Promotion Rights
Unless the Commissioner requests confidentiality before the commission begins, the Artist may display the completed artwork in their portfolio, social media, website, or promotional materials.
If the commission is intended as a private or confidential work, the Commissioner and Artist should agree on this before work begins.
The Artist may request permission to display the artwork after its intended private release date.
Commissioner-Provided References
The Commissioner confirms that they have permission to provide any reference images, logos, characters, or other materials used for the commission.
The Commissioner is responsible for any copyright or permission issues concerning materials they provide.
The Artist may refuse a commission if the requested work involves materials or uses that the Artist is not comfortable creating.
Cancellation by the Artist
The Artist may cancel a commission due to circumstances that prevent them from completing the work.
If the Artist cancels and cannot complete the commission, the Commissioner will receive a refund for the portion of the commission that has not been completed.
The Artist may refuse future commissions from a Commissioner who repeatedly violates these Terms or behaves abusively.
Cancellation by the Commissioner
The Commissioner may request cancellation at any time.
The amount refunded, if any, will depend on how much work has already been completed.
Once the final artwork has been approved and delivered, the commission is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
The Artist may update these Terms for future commissions.
The Terms applicable to a commission are the Terms agreed upon by both parties at the time the commission is accepted.
Any special conditions agreed upon between the Artist and Commissioner should be documented in writing.
Agreement
By paying the required deposit or commission fee, the Commissioner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
The Artist and Commissioner are encouraged to keep a written record of the commission details, agreed price, payment status, revision limits, deadlines, and intended usage of the artwork.
