Rules

I really appreciate it if you read this rules below

Commissioner
( You )

  • You may give opinion, feedback, advice or even critize me

  • You MAY upload the artwork to all social media (including streaming purpose)

  • You may NOT editing the final artwork

  • Other than Live2D, Commercial purpose must discussed first

  • Commercial use are between 300% - 500% depending on what the purpose

Artist
( Sibatzu )

  • I have the right to cancel or refund your commissions

  • I have the right to refuses any revision (if i unable to)

  • I have the right to post the commissioned artwork, as well as publication such as Art Album

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork

  • if the illustration is not considering classified then i will stream it on twitch

Revision

  • You get 3 free revisions, There will be an extra fee on the next revisions

  • Revisions will be count when i start coloring the artwork

  • I need to get your approval before i start coloring

  • When the coloring starts you may NOT change the previously approved sketch / line art (changing pose, outfit, etc.)

  • You will be charged with extra fee if you wants to change such as mentioned above

Payment

This is the payment method and refund policy

Payment

  • IDR or USD

  • For local payment Using Qris (DANA) or Saweria

  • For International Commissions now thru VGen

  • Payment after your queue starts, can be paid 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after artwork done

  • For Live2D minimum payment are 50% upfront from base fee

  • For Saweria there is extra 5% total fee (Saweria Term).

  • Contact me before payment or there is no refund

Refund

  • If for any reason i am unable to start the commission you get full refund

  • The commissioner not allowed a refund once i started working on the artwork

  • If you cancel before i started it you get full refund

  • For Live2D if in the progress i am unable to finish it you get full refund

  • For Live2D after finishing the artwork yet you are unable to pay full, there no refund from previous payment
